My 5 tickets also went to the normal lottery. (20.8.2009 22:46)
I guess that the last patch broke something and all titan tickets go to the normal lottery by accident.

There are 2 different receipt sites.
One for the big titan lottery and one for the frequently occouring standard lottery.

Hey maybe he is not even aware of that. I mean to be honest - its not his full time real live job. Maybe the victim is some days on vacation ^^

Its simple: Get the peoples trust back. (You are already on track there)
And convince them that its their own interest to find other players willing to participate the lottery :)
Without enough players -> 6 month to wait. So its really the best interest of all players to find more participants.
Its all about marketing :)
Create a sig for participants - probably this will draw some attention.

Its really easy to find ways when you are interested into finding a way.
If the sig is a problem - build a small picture acting as temporary overlay icon. -> Problem solved.
Make the lotterey even bigger. Draw players attention by the epic goal of being part of eves hugest lottery or something like that.
What was the hugest one till now? :)

Switch on your brain guys - i guess that there are plenty of ideas available.
Or is it a lie that EVEs community is tougher then other game communities?

Actual ticket amount takes estimated 6h 30min to refund. (Thats just boring copy paste action from a excel sheet into eves interface + pressing the necessary buttons including the initial creation of the excel sheet.)
Base asumption: Persons did not purchase several time. If some of them bought tickets over time, the time will be reduced. (the 2350 buyers might collaps to less)
